Delivery

We currently accept delivery orders within Pakistan. Islamabad orders are prioritised and the final delivery window is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp. Available methods and charges are shown at checkout.

Order changes and cancellations

Because every order is baked in small batches, please request changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before the confirmed bake or delivery window. Once preparation has started, an order may no longer be cancellable.

Food items and returns

Perishable food cannot be returned for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or is different from the confirmed order, contact us within four hours of delivery with clear photographs so we can review and resolve it promptly.
